As of August 31, 2023 you can nol longer replace 2% milk if you get 1% or skim milk on your WIC card

Due to waivers ending from the pandemic, 2% milk is no longer available as a replacement for 1% or skim milk on your WIC card as of August 31, 2023. You may have an old receipt that still says 2% is available, but this is incorrect.
Sometimes a child may be prescribed 2% milk for medical reasons and these children can continue to get 2% milk with a doctor's note.
If you have any questions about this, please call your WIC clinic. We are sorry for the inconvenience!
